You might have noticed from her press photo K. Flay<\/strong> is in an extremely, happy mood. What you will not know is that coincidently so am I, after listening to “Sister<\/strong>” her latest release. The new track has certainly brought, a big smile to my face because it has a great message about sisterhood. But more especially because it is lit up with a buzzy electronic pop groove. I was kinda surprised by this track as it is quite different from anything I’ve heard by her before. She is better known as a hip hop and alternative artist, but maybe the tide started to turn towards bringing in a more prominent synth element when K. Flay recently guested on the Robert DeLong<\/strong> single “Favorite Color Is Blue<\/a><\/strong>“?<\/p>\n

The Illinois born-and-raised artist speaks on what her interpretation of sisterhood is and her inspiration behind the song: <\/p>\n
