When the news broke, the next single would be coming out. This week was always going to end up, with me writing about the new Charli XCX<\/strong> track featuring Christine and the Queens<\/strong> and Caroline Polachek<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having noted the follow-up single to “Good Ones<\/strong>” was a collaboration with her good friends and pop artists Christine and the Queens<\/strong>, and Caroline Polachek<\/strong>. Of course, added fuel to this fire. (A feeling similarly felt, when the ladies also began sharing some seriously, sassy press pictures. And, glimpses from the forthcoming “New Shapes<\/strong>” video on social media). As is the customary thing to do. We were drip-fed snippets of the track and images. Right up to the last minute. I am just glad the premiere of “New Shapes<\/strong>” on Apple Music was not overshadowed, with everyone excitable about news from ABBA<\/strong>. Like what had happened the last time when “Good Ones<\/a><\/strong>” dropped. This time. Charli has got in a day early of ABBA releasing their much talked about album “Voyage<\/a><\/strong>“.
